Rock Kids

Birth through 5th grade

JESUS SAID, "LET THE LITTLE CHILDREN COME TO ME..."
Matthew 19:14

At The Rock Bible Church, we believe that our children are our future. We value each and every child that walks through our doors and aspire to teach and model for them what it means to be a Christ follower.

We teach the WHOLE Gospel to create WHOLE children and equip parents to create WHOLE families who impact their WHOLE communities and reach their WHOLE world.

Classrooms
Classrooms

Nursery (birth-walking) and Toddlers (1s & 2s): We believe that it is never too early to expose children to the Gospel. Children will participate in music and games as well as video lessons always leaving with a craft pertaining to the day’s lesson.
Preschool (3s and 4s VPK-K): In these classes, children participate in free play, Biblical songs, and interactive lessons. These lessons provide a good foundation of the Bible.
Elementary School: We split this age group into two groups; 1st-2nd grade and then 3rd-5th grade. Both groups participate in worship, prayer, and dig deeper into the Bible using Bible stories straight from the Bible and small group lessons that help drive the lessons home.

Security
Security

The safety of your children is our top priority. All volunteers undergo national background checks and safety training. Our security team is always present throughout services to ensure all safety measures are being implemented. At check-in, parents are given security stickers that match their children’s name tags. We ask that parents wear this visibly any time they enter the Rock Kids area.

SUNDAY MORNINGS

FAQs

How early should I arrive in order to not miss the worship service?

We encourage first-time guests to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the service to adequately check-in your child(ren) and give you a short tour of the area. Returning families can arrive 5-10 minutes before the service to self-check-in your child(ren).

How will you find me if my child(ren) need me?

If you are needed during service, our security team will display your child’s unique security code on the screen in the sanctuary. Our team will always try to resolve any minor issues before contacting you so that you can focus on your growth in your relationship with Jesus.

What if my child has special needs?

We currently do not have a designated special needs area. However, if your child does have special needs we can always buddy up your child(ren) with one of our volunteers for a more one-on-one experience. Please inform us of any needs your child might need at check-in
